Pringles and Playoffnations have done it again, creating a differential action, which is part of the annual gaming plan between both brands, as a winning formula to continue promoting the strategic positioning of the brand in the gaming ecosystem and the connection with the Z generation.

At Playoffnations we took advantage of this great opportunity to create:
- A brand experience where Pringles was the protagonist, with a perfectly integrated presence in an immersive way.
- New ways of communication bringing together innovation and creativity with the opportunities offered by video games.
- A viralisation campaign through a great competition where Rocket League content creators became the protagonists.
And with all the video games that currently exist, we made the decision to choose one that stood out from the rest, both in terms of gameplay and community and, above all, a video game where Pringles had not yet been introduced: Rocket League.
Rocket League is a competitive video game that is in the top 10 most viewed video games on Twitch in 2023 and has a game format that combines both the world of cars and football. In addition, its great appeal lies in the competitiveness that is generated within the game, as well as the skills that each vehicle possesses that make each match have an added bonus of excitement.
Pringles Brand Experience
We created and customised the Rocket League environment, with a Cyber Punk and futuristic style where the brand elements were integrated into the environment.
The brand’s recognisable boats merged with the environment, creating large buildings, a tram running through the city and the potato as the main speed boost.
On a gameplay level, we gave it a special touch to challenge the skills of the best players. In the environment players could find two different zones:
- The football pitch: a fully customised football pitch themed with Pringles elements and colours where players could enjoy competitive matches.
- The great circuit: Around the pitch we created a great challenge that put the best Rocket League players to the test, a cyclical circuit, full of obstacles with a time ranking, challenging players to complete it in the shortest time possible.

Together, we decided to go one step further and create more than just a competition to attract users’ attention.
Together with leading content creators in Rocket League, such as Cacho01, Rosdri_Twitch and Reventxz, we created the Taste League, a competition where they enjoyed the environment the way they wanted to:
- 3vs3 matches
- Challenges against the clock on the circuit
- 1vs1 matches between the best players
- Aerial dribbling challenges
Twitter, Instagram and Tiktok were key allies to achieve the greatest virality, engagement and interaction with the audience on the platforms and formats they consume on a daily basis.
